Sorry you're having trouble! Try using any other emails you might have linked to Roblox. Double-check for typos in your email or phone number. When contacting support, give as much account info as possible (previous usernames, purchases, etc.) and proof of Robux purchases if you can. This helps them verify ownership. Hope this helps!

Due to regulatory requirements, users cannot increase their age on their Roblox account if they indicated they were under the age of 13 at signup. We appreciate your patience and understanding. So Thank you for the video but it wont work for now since they announced about it coming soon
