My delivery experience with Keerthi Triumph is not so good. They delivered almost a month after booking. The interesting thing is, they forgot I booked a bike with them. I have to remind them that they need to deliver my bike. Also delivery day, they gave bike (with all water dripping from cleaning), took couple of pictures (finished in 5mins).

6:11 oil and malfunction indicators are on. Two problems - 1) this is by Bajaj and not Triumph and 2) Extremely incompetent mechanics. Most are from RE.

I think not having a main stand is also an issue. One has to buy a paddock stand to service it at home.

Sab sahi hai😂😂 I bought the scrambler 400x on 4th jan 2024, total odo riding 7689km Mera clutch plate baith gaya,, they said engine oil level low tha but there is no low engine oil light flashing, and also shim adjustment thik nahi thaa Dnt no what to do .. I am very upset 😔

I am from hubli, before coming to Bangalore i have done my first service in kolhapur and general checkup in goa...last month in Bangalore same in ecity triumph i have given my bike for general checkup. They charged 1600₹ for nothing. They are looting customers likw anything. That vasu service attender is idiot. I showed few issues but he didnt resolve that they did normal checkup and gave.... Worst service you get in Bangalore
