Your husband's blood pressure is probably responding to the angst of Christmas. And the pies and sweet potatoes of Thanksgiving. Elevated insulin (caused by carb and sugar overload) can be a cause of hypertension. Also, turkey growers put a lot of salt in the turkey - it's delicious, but high salt can be a problem causing high BP. My husband responds with higher blood pressure when I get stressed. (50+ yrs together)

These little notebooks are super cute! I used to have a subscription to Echo park. I was getting too much and not using it fast enough. So I ended my subscription. The papers you used are really cute! Thanks for sharing! Good luck at your craft fair!

Good Morning! So sorry you have been through that. Glad to see you are better. Praise God! That is a beautiful paper pad. I love that it is double sided. That ribbon is gorgeous. You really can't go wrong with ric rac, that is for sure. When I print my kits, i always print both sides of the paper. I don't want white pages. It is such a blank slate, and sometimes my brain can't figure out what to use on the white sides. Love that large tags. So pretty! The little snowflakes are adorable. These little journals are so cute. The colors are all really pretty! I have not even started my Christmas journals yet. Always so much to do. Thanks so much for sharing with us!

I love the gold foiling on paper. If I see it, I usually get it. Crafting can definitely keep our minds young. I am a reader and that was all I was doing, until I met Bobi here on you tube and she introduced me to journals back in 2022. I have been on board ever since and I am so glad, it keeps my mind moving for sure. I love anything gingham. That lavender gingham was really pretty. That angel die cut is so pretty! Love the glitter papers. So many pretty papers. You can never have too much. I always tell myself that when I bring more home. LOL I have not seen any of these paper pads that you showed us today! The where to next had some beautiful colors, and double sided to boot. Cute fabrics. I bought some unicorn fabric for my 5 year old grand daughter, I made her journal with it. She loves unicorns. Really pretty papers. I don't go to Joanne too often, but I went the other day and got a great deal on trims and fabric. I have a haul video if you are interested. I wish I would have checked for clearance items. I have used Parklane paper. It is pretty good. I like it. Now with the inner core it is gonna be heavier. Love the stamps, and get prices. I do the same thing with Temu items 🙄 I ordered Hocus Pocus yard stakes that, in the picture looked huge, but they ended up being a size more appropriate for a potted plant 🤣🤣 Cute but not what I wanted. Hi there! I do that too, I don't always pay attention when I shop Temu. I think I get excited about the prices. Oh my goodness, I love the view master die! That is so awesome and so nostalgic! The bags are really nice. Thanks for the price tip! I did not know that! So that is very useful information. PET is a type of plastic used on stickers to give the transparency to stickers. I love them myself. Sometimes they are a little hard to get off, but worth it for the transparency! The stickers you got are awesome! I also love those puffy tea cup stickers! So pretty! Really love the bookmarks too. I also have done a lot of faith based journals, and those are perfect for that! My Dollar Tree never has a lot of stuff for crafting. Such a great haul, thanks for sharing with us!
