Does your teach system only work with Kuka robots? What about ABB? What would a kit cost? Thanks.
@industrialrobotics23595 ай бұрын
Yes, the system can be paired with ABB robots as well. The price for an individual set depends on the specific requirements of your process. We have different cases to different needs. To get accurate pricing, I recommend discussing your requirements with our Head of Sales, Ugnius: +370 650 53381 OR [email protected]. We look forward to assisting you!

you forgot to mention , that introducing a new part is a cost of 8-12 hours of work of a highly paid robotic specialist. not profitable for low volume manufacturing...
@industrialrobotics2359 Жыл бұрын
Hello and thank you for your comment. One of the main advantages of this robotic system is that is exactly meant for low volume manufacturing. This is why: - To introduce new parts to the robotic system a robotic specialist will not be required. It's highly likely that a manufacturing company already has a technologist who knows how to use CAD/CAM software which is what is used to tell the robot how to process the parts with different tools on different workposts. Once that is done it is very easy to make orders through our user-friendly interface. This robotic cell is designed in such a way that you will not need to program anything using the robots pendant. - Once CAD/CAM projects have been written it's possible to select orders for different size and types of parts. For example, on the conveyor, we can place 3 different types of blanks, let's say: Chair leg 1 - 5 units, Table leg 5 - 15 units and cabinet leg 2 - 4 units. In our software we will enter the same orders in the same priority. Since the CAD/CAM project have been already written the robot already knows on what posts it has to process the parts and with what kind of gripper to take them. Once it will finish the first 5 units it will go on to process the other ones, all without the operators' interference. That is why it is perfectly used for small-batch production. - The automatic gripper changer station provides the ability to have multiple grippers for different types of parts. The idea of Industrial Robotics Company is to make industrial robots accessible to low volume production companies and like with all of our solutions we design them to be as simple to use as possible and that you would not need any robotics specialists in your company to use these robotic cells. We would be glad to tell you more about the solutions we have developed and to deny the myths that robots can only be used in mass production. Please contact us at: [email protected] and we can schedule a quick video call to provide more information.

Robotai gali pagerinti žmonių darbo vietas - atlikti fiziškai sunkius, pasikartojančius, didelės fizinės įtampos reikalaujančius darbus baldų gamyboje. Žmonės gali dirbti kūrybiškesnius, jiems labiau patinkančius ir didesnę pridėtinę vertę kuriančius darbus.
