Well yes, it was a brand new controller so the sticks were stiff which is normal. Just keep using it and it'll feel normal in a couple days depending how much you use it. (Honestly wish I made this video better addressing these types of things.)

I don't know where all are but I found this yellow key in the hallway infront of the spawn, you gotta get behind the bookshelves and work your way there It gives the ??? badge if you find all.. probably.. I don't know what the purple prize is. All I know, before making the exit cutscene.. look around..
