CSX has a lot of military members laid off because of PSR precision scheduled railroading … classification yards closed, switching crews furloughed, car inspectors furloughed, engine house service employees furloughed, trains doubled in size and that now operate with excessive buff forces, ( think east palestine, ohio ). The lack of “ trained car inspectors “ really scares me knowing the railroad industry is so much more dangerous when you lack the trained manpower to operate it , stay back and away from these trains when you’re out observing … good day …

I live in Archbald. They’ve been running that engine past my house quite a bit this year on its way to Carbondale. I have a video of it pulling the grade into town.
