I enjoy listening however I have a comment regarding LETTING GO. This life makes no sense. Since I worked for 52 years. You are BOUND by the bosses authority if you want to keep your job. YOU CANNOT be yourself. I experienced ruthless situations, observed corporations lying, cheating, favoritism, and much more. If you want to work...keep your job you put up with it. Granted later years have improved some situations but your ass is held tight by those in power. You spend 1/3 of your life at work. Every job has the same bullshit. It is impossible to be your self under those conditions. Society strangles you too. You have to worship a certain way, have to have granite counter tops, dress a certain way. So oppressive.

Let me state; I am not religious but very spiritual. Question.. I believe we all came from the God essence. It is in our being. So why do we have to SUFFER over and over again in this lifetime and others to get back where we started? What is the point? I can remember a scene from two other life times as well. So vivid I could drawn you pictures. One was America, woods to the right. Maybe 6 years old white cotton dress running trying to get home. Natives were in the woods. 6 arrows in my back. Not arms, legs or neck..just my back. I fell face down and died. The other... I was in a communist country "feels like" Russia. Walking maybe late 1930S or 40S on the sidewalk with huge trees on either side of the street I was taller and thinner, medium brown hair, straight and just pass my shoulders. Currently have short blonde hair. The was a wall encircling my village. I observed her from 4 ft away and became her walking into our tiny living space. I know I lived there with only my mother. Dark inside one window open, no screens and a breeze. I remember I was happy, content. No suffering as this life time. What is the point of all this?

Matt, I just have to tell you thank you for this message!!! I really needed to hear it at exactly the moment that I heard it. Interestingly enough, I am going through my book collection and happened upon your book, The Universe Always Has a Plan. I opened your book to a random page and read the exact same message in your book that you are saying here. I saw the message in your book 2 days ago and I’m watching the video tonight. I would say the universe is sending me a message!!!! Thank you so much!

I think the son does not realise that he can't expect from his father what he can give to his own son. The reason is the difference of generations between them and even cultures. And this same difference will appear when the grand son will be a teenager. The only key to a healthy relationship between a parent and child is the link built from childhood till the child will stay stop. Then the parent must stay present to continue showing love but from afar as the light of a lighthouse. The son will know he can ask if needed but at the same time that he is now a grown-up and he must cope with his stuff.

How do you do this in the winter? I have a compost pile in Wisconsin.
@tcoxor52
@tcoxor52 18 күн бұрын
It won’t be nearly as fast, but I get far superior results (based on microscopic analysis) with my finished compost from the Johnson-Su compost method. More initial upfront work and materials, but once it’s built, it’s basically a leave it and forget it method (particularly if you have an automated water drip system on it to maintain moisture) with no need to constantly be turning the pile. Additionally, the longer decomposition process ensures that you are producing more fungal dominant or balanced compost than the bacterial dominant product that fast, thermophilic piles produce.

Exactly! What we are up against in today's society is ridiculous. It does take a village to raise a child. The West isolates parwnts and takes on an individualistic approach

rodents are most interested in grains and animal products (meat, bone); they also like potatoes. Just don't put these things in your compost pile. Note also that rats or anything will not get into a pile that is 130-160 F. I have been composting for years and have no rodent problems are all.

Is it hatred or self loathing, that people perceive as a void when they start? Is this the same darkness? When they get "through it" the inner space changes, and they don't go through it in the same way again, it seems (maybe if they stop practicing for years and years, have a rough time, and then start back up, it might reappear. Not sure). It is a sort of darkness that people resist when they are avoiding meditation, and it is what we are initially afraid of when we first begin to turn our attention inward. Does that darkness develop from self (or other) loathing? This would make sense, but it isn't something that I have connected for myself. Once I got through, I frankly didn't ever have the desire to dive back into the despair to feel out it's perimeters. 😅😂 This is a *very* interesting insight. Thank you for sharing! 😊 🙏🏻🤍

What I don't understand is if we have a guardian angel that is supposed to be with us at all times and protect us. Then why do people still get hurt, murdered and suffering so much
