Reading many comments about Daniel bolow, I would like to say that this conversation is so helpful and inspirational, because both of them are there to share their experiences. Daniel is true to what he is , he is not pretending to be the Hollywood movie son, but has the courage to show how he feels. I really like that. This was very informative thank u so much. From my observation, Daniel seems to have alot of work to be done on himself still. I somehow find him a bit arrogant and cocky even tho he does it in a joking way and Gabor is being very patient and stepping to the side. And I'm not projecting I'm observing and using the info I have acquired to do so. I hope daniel gets the healing he needs.🙏 cause they can have an even better relationship if he does so.

Yes I never heard her speak about god as much as she does about the angels, but I don't believe that she put them above god. It was hard to see them miss each others' cues at times b/c they both long for at-ease-ness w/each other➡I saw/heard: Gabor missed that when he brings up his concern that "if this being at ease w/each other will last--how long will it last/what if it doesn't last? Will we walk on eggshells?/What will be the next blow-up?"➡Daniel reacted w/frustration, as if it feels like an insult/it hurts, & he b/came impatient, b/c to him each success is to be re-absorbed/re-played in one's head, so that it over-rides the habitual patterns, but his father seems to think it will only come w/repeated blow-ups being repaired➡perhaps like he & his wife changed their ways of being in relationship w/each other, over time(?) ...Thatbcould be a fruitful place to unpack for both of them...I hope they watch their interviews & use them to have more at easeness w/one another. Also, I often think the communication, engaging, etc reflective listening skills & collaborative problem-solving practices presented in the book, "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen, & Listen So Kids Will Talk" by Adele Faber & Elaine Mazlish is a fantastic resource for ALL OF US/ALL AGES & ALL types of relationships & 'roles', & in repairing family relationships...
