Your c-tug is around the wrong way. The kickstand should be away from the direction of travel.

Good tips. An even easier way is to put it on when you're pulling it off your trailer or truck before it makes contact with the ground. And when you're getting off the water, put it on while the kayak is in the water.

Hey Wade. I'm planning on spending more time out at Hinckley this Spring. We should meet up sometime. I'm 15 minutes from the lake. Trying to get my son into some bass this year. It isn't the most prolific lake around, but I've done alright most times out.

Yeah, we caught some Largemouth as well. Not very many, but it was also almost 100 degrees out! I was marking bigger fish on the FF around the main lake stump field and dam... but was having a tough time getting any bites. Good luck.
