Fantastic fluffy puddy tats And that tail! How come Siberian cats are so magnificent and more beautiful than many other breeds?

A good question, there are def. more popular breeds, but ours are so kind and have such a good character, happy with the choice

@@DreamDiamondCats I include their exceptional beauty in my comment too. I often watch Siberian farm cats on a channel filmed in Siberia and their coats, as well as facial bone structure make them stand out as true beauties. Like perfect doll faces.

I don't understand why they brush so fast. Notice the twitch in the tail. That's a sign the cat is irritated. Smooth, calm, easy strokes soothes the cat and is just nicer for both person and cat.

Is it safe for cats to eat chicken neck daily
@DreamDiamondCats2 жыл бұрын
Daily is probably a bit too much. We give them necks, hearts 1-2 times per month. But I also know of people who gives their cats only raw meat

What have you used on his head when drying him?
@DreamDiamondCats2 жыл бұрын
Its just an elastic piece of cloth to cover his ears so that the drying noise is less loud. Usually they find it more acceptable like this 😊

can cats eat cooked or roasted ones? My cat really love the freeze-dried chicken necks I bought from stores but she tends to plays with it (toss it around and drag it across the carpet)before eating it
@DreamDiamondCats3 жыл бұрын
Both are absolutely fine, but the cooking can only be done in plain water and boil it until cooked. Id say raw has the advantage that they’ll need to chew more which helps using their teeth and also cleaning them. Nowadays with all the processed and out of the can food our cats are not used to this anymore ☺️☺️
@iisqw3 жыл бұрын
@@DreamDiamondCats feeding raw is definitely more beneficial. but my cat doesnt have a good eating etiquette like yours🤣especially with bigger chunks like necks, she would “prey”it first and contaminate my house before decided it’s killed
@kseniia5042 жыл бұрын
@@DreamDiamondCats it's not fine to feed cooked bones to a cat, the bones change their texture and become very fragile which causes them to break in sharp shards, they may end up damaging your cat, please don't spread misinformation
@juliemcalister25573 жыл бұрын
No no no no raw chicken because of the bacteria. This is wrong
@DreamDiamondCats3 жыл бұрын
If they are well frozen nearly all bacteria are killed. There is literally no food without any bacteria unless you cook everything in boiling water for ages. So far we never had any issues and our cats like it as reward from time to time
@j.g.mrandom99013 жыл бұрын
The only wrong thing is feeding them kibble, raw meat is the healthiest for them
@hormesis12 жыл бұрын
Julie Mcalister . Yes , raw is the healthiest for their digest system. You should take information about the barf method, which stands for Biologicaly appropriate raw food. It's been created by vets who know about nutrition .

Hello I am anxious about giving my cat bones but his teeth ate becoming yellow despite me brushing them every day so I'm looking into trying chicken necks for him, I have a few questions do cats swallow the whole thing or just chew on the meat around it ? Wound my cat try to swallow it if it's too small ? How big should I cut it? Or should I leave it as it is? My cat is a sphynx and I noticed his teeth are not as thick as other cats so I always worry he might choke on bones if I give him
@DreamDiamondCats3 жыл бұрын
Hi there. Our cats chew quite a lot on it and its pretty loud. If you do feed your cat already snacks/cookies which have the right size, Id recommend you starting with the same size for the chicken necks. You can always make the pieces bigger later on. I would not give it in one piece as they would very likely start playing with it and drag the thing around the entire place which will be a mess. So better start small and see how it goes 🙂

No, no medication. Diamond is used to bathing and although he is not very happy about it, he tends to just sit still and let it happen 😀

I'm late but I just wanted to give two little tips; A towel under the cat makes them feel far more secure in a slippery tub. And a little ball toy can distract them and reduce the stress. Super awesome job though!

Thank you for your kind words Rebecca! It might look a bit “rough” for someone who never saw how a cat was groomed but its not just a petting or cuddling session. If it doesn’t work at all the cat would show other signs and we would stop the process immediately. Our cat Diamond is indeed very patient and trusts us completely ☺️☺️🙂
