Whoa, it's kind of blowing my mind how similar our hair is 😮 I even have frizz and coarse hair in very similar locations (expect mine is a bigger chunk)! Are you low porosity by any chance? Nail files like the one you're using is made of plastic. So every time you file your nails you are releasing tiny plastic fragments everywhere. Definitely recommend a glass one!

btw if ur hair doesn't have her hair pattern/defined curls, on the weekends do the 2 finger coil curl method and than sleep with it. When you wake up separate the curls and wash them this will train ur curls to have more defined curls. (it works i tried it!)

This may sound ridiculous but I'd love to see a video on proper nail cutting routine & care. Every time I cut my nails they end up in all sorts of weird shapes. I can't cut straight & i don't own or know how to use a nail file. Any tips for the absolute basics would be so helpful.
