Absorbing their shadow? Please explain this concept.

Everyone has subconscious fears and blockages (the shadow) that needs to be acknowledged and brought to consciousness (the light). If not then those blockages continue to control your behaviors subconsciously. These blockages can also be considered “karma”

@ “The best way to illiminate fear is to face it.” Is this what you are saying?

@ essentially yes, most people do not realize they are running from their fears. Once they realize that, then they can face them.

@@lillyoutten blockages manifesting as karma via it’s rough Hindi definition as “cause and effect”? As in the cause being leaving your fears hidden in shadow (darkness) hiding/not facing (shining light on them) them being effect? Just trying to understand. You took the time and effort to gather your thoughts and post them. The least a viewer can do is to make the effort to understand.

I saw, experienced, and heard things as a child that a child should never see/experience/face. I “stuffed” this until the year I turned 30 (1993). That year these things erupted to the surface as a raging case of PTS. I was led to recovery by facing it. The big fear question was “what if.” By writing th question and the answer to it down I was able, by God’s grace, to face it. I won’t lie and tell you the effect was immediate, but at the end of 2 years fear had lost its sting. It was a “cognitive lifestyle change”, if I may.

There is an agenda to get people living in smart cities though that is now mainstream knowledge so although I have noticed small town issues I have also seen rape, hate crimes etc...rampant in cities.

I respect those that have served well for our country but these soldiers that did that to that girl and her family should be sent to prison for life x 20. Raping a child should be life x 20. Zero exceptions.

You shouldn't do it anyway. re: killing someone. Not just because you might get caught. All human lives are sacred. We were made in God's image. Everyone can get redemption. Legal consequences are still a necessity for certain actions. Restorative justice for crimes other than murders/manslaughter should be up to the survivor of the crime. They should have the option of going down that route or straight to the courts.
