Big difference from the last review I seen for this. The other reviewer pointed out how the controls felt alarmingly cheap he had difficulty dialing in the cheap control knobs but once he found the sweet spot for each control he was able to dial in several desirable metal sounds. This is a clone of a clone of a Metal Big Muff PI, and I remember the original metal muff PI got bad reviews even amongst metal heads. but the prices is right i may just buy to use as a dummy pedal. I find it to be aesthetically beautiful.💋

@nerdebynature2 ай бұрын
@@vivian2798 Update: this absolutely works! You need your constant channel to be "C" becauseif you have all three "off" you're in bypass so the signal goes through to that main output. Running 3 amps sounds absolutely wild and I'm 100% here for it! You could also do this with just one bass amp in theory, you would just need to have eq or pitch shifting settings in the "guitar' chains to reduce the lows and accent the highs! I have a basic 2 channel line selector with a parallel mode and 3 channel parallel mixer, similar to this one but it has a few more control parameters for each channel. Got mine a few days ago and by experimenting I found that getting the pitch antenna away from the theramin helps. I used 2 audio adaptors that I already had, a 3.5mm to 6.5mm into the theramin, a 6.5mm to 3.5mm into the 1st adaptor, and the theramin antenna into the second. The adaptors were just mono and worked fine. They move the antennae 3" (75mm) to the right and now the pitch only changes when my hand is within 8" (20cm). The distance between notes decreases the closer your hand gets to the antenna for the higher pitches, so the lower couple of octaves are more controllable. I'm having fun with it.
