@christianordonez5373Ай бұрын
Does it fit the p320 m18?
@Scott67Ай бұрын
Website doesn't say, but I think the answer is no because of the safety on the M18.
@Zamn-NWАй бұрын
The safety is how all safetys should be made, easy to disengage and more difficult to engage so you don't accidentally put the safety on.
@Scott67Ай бұрын
Some could argue just the opposite. Honestly I'm not a fan of safety's. In a highly escalated moment there is a chance you can forget to even take the safety off. Thanks for your honest opinion.

@armyrat206Ай бұрын
Why does having to slam it open affect the zero and the recoil don’t? The reason I was asking I’m looking to buy one and would hate to have to zero it every time I opened it. Could it just be the red dot sight you’re using?
@Scott67Ай бұрын
I think the issue is that there is the slightest bit of wiggle in the hinge' So unless you have it marked it's not going back to the exact same spot. My opinion is wasn't made to be a precision shooter. But it is good enough to stay on paper. Keep in mind also this could have been just the gun I was shooting.

I recently purchased this 22 pistol for a really great price; HK quality for an awesome looking .22 pistol pcc. Having lived with this cumbersome brick HK for a while now, all I can say is there are multitude of far better (and less expensive) choices with solid factory support and an array of after-market parts that will put this 22 cal. HK pistol to shame. No matter what anyone tells you, NO ONE, not even HK, make parts for the redheaded step-child PISTOL version of this gun. And, this fact includes everything available in the after-market. For example, want a pistol brace? Forget about it (unless an after-market hodge-podge of picatiny rail adapters for unobtanium pistol braces *and* separately priced tail hook, (which combined cost MORE than the .22 pistol itself), this HK 22 Pistol should not even be considered.
@Scott67Ай бұрын
Yeah this one falls in the niche market for sure. Is it in my top 5 , no. With that said mine runs well and is super quiet with a suppressor on it. Anyway, thanks for your review on this as I'm sure people will be interested to read.

What kind of paint did you use for your front sight? I want to do the same

I think I used "Wite out". If I had to do over I think I would use nail polish. Polish is probably easier to remove in case you wanted to.

Thanks a lot for reviewing the gun. You do a great job on your reviews. You seemed to shoot a little tighter groups with the sights vs the ready dot. I initially thought maybe you were pulling down a little when you were shooting the ready dot, but maybe not. How do you feel looking back at it? Oh yeah and I love your sign off..whooo!
@Scott67Ай бұрын
Thanks for your kind words and views. Looking back I think I did a decent review. The gun itself is great. I can line the iron sights up pretty fast and the ready dot even faster. I feel like I could actually use the sights in self defense situation. I could have a long conversation about this one but I'm going to stop here. Again, thanks.
