Sam Noto is still alive in his mid nineties. (Well, I guess he may have passed but I don't know for sure). Blue Michell is gone for sure. The sad part about this is the fact the recording industry didn't have the technology we have today. Oh, well......... I enjoyed the cut. Thanks

@@kenromeo9716 Ken, they were better musicians in my opinion so all they need to do is play live and not worry about bouncing tracks and copying and pasting parts like in studio recordings nowadays. This is what motivates me to continue posting - a lot of these are out of print, or the CD version has missing tracks. Even so the market for CD is slowly diminishing. Welcome to 21st century :-)

Sometimes I nearly cry listening to all your older music. Reliving the time. Mr Herb Alpert there is no one quite like you. Love your music and appreciate your talent.

Thanks for posting this. It's been memory-holed in the digital era. It's simply missing from all CD releases and digital streaming and download versions of the album. I suspect it's because the synthesizer (?) solo that doesn't fit in with the rest of the album. But the reissues don't even bother to mention in the liner notes that a decision was made to ditch the tune. It's like it never existed.

Hey, loved the vibe🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested and keep creating good content:)

This is the song of my life. My father introduced it to me when I was very young. It was his favourite song. When I was a teenager, I found the 12 inch 1937 record by Bunny, and played it to destruction on a gramophone that I had bought in a junk shop in Brighton, where I grew up. I still love this wonderful piece of music today.
