@@LaurenNHall77 love to see you run in 8° weather with ice faster than 10 minutes a mile for 3.5 miles 🙄. Plus not everyone’s body is exactly the same. There is no way that a 5’5 200lbs person and a 5’5 130lbs person would have the same heart rate when running the same speed. This lady never said it was her goal to get time down and heart rate up… she’s just disciplining herself and getting into a fantastic habit. Jeez lol
