It's one of my favourite scenes from the film. They were very much into each other long before they realised about their feelings. Zach's admiration for Shaun's writings, reading his books and Shaun's push to get Zach admitted to an Art school testify that how much they care for each other. This movie that's why stands out from other gay films. It's not only about lust. But it's very much about love and emotional attachment. I just love the chemistry between the two leads. Brad and Trevor gave such a matured performance. I enjoy their non-verbal chemistry the most when they take pauses during conversation and just look into each others eyes. 😍👌

Shawn is seriously the best guy ever in this scene. I love how he is pouring the glass of wine for Zack while still paying attention whole heartedly to Cody. He is just so attentive to both of them and so sweet, that’s why I love this movie so much.

Tori looks really beautiful in this scene. The sun hits her face perfectly, the wind is gentle but noticable and the fact that all you can hear is the ocean and the wind in the background makes it so much more real and genuine.

This song has, for the past few days, tried to surface into my conscious mind. I could hear only a few notes, a line, not even with distinct lyric. I hadn't heard the song in years it being that long since viewing this wonderful film. Thankfully, when I plunked a few search terms into my favorite oracle, Google immediately gave me the film title. And here we are.

I'm so glad Shelter introduced me to Shane Mack. Such a brilliant film, my favourite in fact, and Shane Mack's songs just increase the touching beauty of it tenfold.
