I once saw a post on reddit and I have to remind myself pretty often..... When you have those anxious thoughts especially when you wake up in the middle of the night thinking about them. Most people are thinking about their own and not yours Even just things like saying something stupid, messing up at work or that time you got really drunk years ago and made a fool of yourself. Is there really many people who haven't done those things?

I know those thoughts are draining and the people around you don’t help quiet the nose but you will get through this , always pray i love you❤️
