Für Social bringe ich immer gerne das Beispiel der neuen Generationen der Arbeitnehmer. So zB. ist es für jüngere Arbeitnehmer oft selbstverständlich, dass sie Home Office haben wollen. Wenn wir das als Arbeitgeber nicht gewehrlsieten können oder wollen, müssen wir damit rechnen, dass wir früher oder später keine oder weniger Arbeitnehmer finden. Ein Economical Beispiel könnte zB. die Entwicklung des Finanzmarktes oder der Wirtschaft in unserem betroffenen Land sein. oder zB. die Inflation. Beste Grüsse, alex

Surely all questions are equally weighted, meaning that no specific section or topic is awarded more marks than others? The first slide suggests otherwise.

Actually, no all topics are equally weighted. There are more importan topics. Those are the most important practices. Continual Improvement, Change Enablement, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Desk, Service Level Management and Service Request Management. 17 questions are based solely on those practices. For more infos, you can have a look at the official candidate syllabus here: valueinsights.ch/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/ITIL-4-Foundation-Candidate-Syllabus-EN.pdf There it is defined, how many questions you will get on which topics during the official exam. Usually the parter offers are cheaper as they get special pricing. You can have a look at our offer here: valueinsights.ch/itil-4-foundation-e-learning-on-learnify/ Once you have your exam voucher, you can book the online exam at a time which is most convenient from you. You can take it from home on a laptop and you get the resulst directly afterwards. Sorry about that. I might not have covered that specific topic / question in the exam preparation course. It is just a very short course and there are other topics that I could not fit in. That is why we always suggest to attend a full course before taking the exam, or at least reading the ITIL 4 Foundation book.

You are Chuck Norris, the ITIL exam schould pass you and not the other way around :D Jokes aside, the mock exams can be harder than the actual questions. If you want to get free official mock exam questions, you can get a set here: valueinsights.ch/-itil-4-foundation-exam-quiz And one here, while exisitng the page: valueinsights.ch/itil-4-foundation-e-learning-on-learnify/ Those have been created by PeopleCert and have been taken out of the pool of official exam questions.
