Hi Areli! 💐💕. Congratulations on completing four savings challenges. You’re doing great! 💯✅. Is there any resolution or reasonable explanation why your mortgage payment went up so high?

@@managingmonasmoula9811 yes Mona I tried to explain it in my last budget with me but i ended up scrapping it. But basically we didn’t apply for a homeowners discount in time. It’s tricky - I’m not sure we’d even get it if we had applied. It has to do with my condo as well. It’s very convoluted. And I’m not sure how much I can share for now. So I’m accepting of the fact that we’re paying that much more for property taxes. If they accept or application for reduced taxes it would be heaven sent. If not, I’m ready to live with it.
