Mario (Bob) Savio believed in what he was thinking and saying; his life was cut short while continuing to advocate for his beliefs - we were all proud to know him and proud to be involved in his discourse - as with Biden, the stuttering meant little; his actions and ideas were his legacy.

One of the most beautiful actresses out of Hollywood ever, shows her compassion for wounded US soldiers in Vietnam, at a time in this country, the USA, when these young men were held in contempt because they were serving in the Vietnam war. She apparently didn't care at all about what the current day [1967] politically correct college hipsters thought, who avoided the draft and Vietnam with their parents money, who put them in college, to get draft deferments, and then acting as if they were "morally superior", by protesting the war on the many college campuses around the USA. At that time in US history these poor and working class young men were not held in high regard by the very vocal and hostile upper middle class left wing college extremists, who never missed a chance to get their faces on TV news to express their contempt for these young soldiers, which the so-called US mainstream news media never hesitated to broadcast. God bless Jayne Mansfield.

I was in 1st grade when Jane was a rising star.....we had to do a drawing of who you wanted to be when you grew up. I drew high heels with furry pom poms on the toe of the shoes and a very tight dress on a well endowed figure. My teacher ask me what is it you want to be ....l said JANE MANSFIELD. lol....MANY years ago.. 🍃🌎🕊

There are people that have that ability to speak in front of a thousand people just like they are talking to just one person. Mario Savio had that ability. I met him in the Alameda county jail when he was arrested for inciting a riot. He had that ability there also is why i think he didnt do a lot of talking. I also saw Huey Newton step out of a car on Telegraph ave in Berkeley once and without saying a word within less than a minute there were a hundred people around him and in less than another minute there were two hundred people around him and he quickly got back in the car and they drove off. I have no idea what that was about but i heard years later that he had been shot and killed on a street in Oakland Calif. while trying to buy cocaine. A victim of the times . Today i see history repeating its self . The only differences are the causes of the protests . The faces are the same .The hate and anger are the same . When people destroy statues and other monuments they think they are washing away the past but all they are doing is covering up the mistakes that were made which means those mistakes will be made again and again . Without history we have no compass to help us find the right path

Jayne Mansfield lived at least six full lifetimes and had talents for many more. How many people do you know can play the piano, the violin, act , sing and dance . Bring up 5 beautiful children and to leave us at such a tender age Is a tragedy beyond words ! God bless you Jayne wherever you are 😊

Such an obscurity that a reading passage about mario savio came out of my SAT prep book in junior year of high school. And that reading passage compelled me to find out more about and understand him. Years later, he continues to be one of my personal heroes and sources of inspiration. Even more so because Mario's words have more relevance in today's society than ever. And for this current story I want to write for fun to escape from this virus, mario savio's life does serve as a major source of inspiration for my characters & plot.

From these ashes arose the Military Industrial Complex that Eisenhower warned us about and that runs the show today in the United States, they own most politicians and media...13 Carrier Battle Groups, 7 Wars, over a million dead in the middle East, thousands of our fine soldiers dead...all for the corporate money powers...and driving the county into deep debt we cannot repay in 3 generations, finally the whole rotten thing collapses under the debt weight of $Trillions...since we cannot even pay the interest of this debt. It's like whipping and driving a horse at top speed until it drops dead from exhaustion...
