Did you replace the suction control valve for the hard starting? The Delphi injectors should have a sleeve around them as well as the o ring and the copper seal. Reuse the pipes as they will be ok.

HI, I replaced the valve on the back of the fuel pump, I also replaced the one at the end of the fuel rail, and the injectors I had tested and new copper washers and cleaned the seats and all. its still running, it dose not sound like a sports car, but its working well

Chain stretched, see the tensioner is at max length. Replace all chains and tensioners.

YEs I did that, and all the rattle was gone.. I could not believe Gem Engines sold me this engine as a reco,, timings chains were under $100, but tool 2 days for me to fit

I heard you had to fill it up with diesel before putting it all back together that way your can doesn't struggle to start on start up due to fuel starvation true story you know. Yes I know there's a pump button where you gotta push to prime it but filling it up with diesel is the faster method btw.

A half-decent crimp tool is a must. A cheap tool will work if you find a good one, unfortunately the old one I have over-crimps and destroys the latch so I have to 'feel it in'. If you are doing a lot of these, I'd recommend a ratchet type that won't open until the pins are fully set.

Yes, the intercom or access control system will supply 12v power when needed, or you could use a power pack.. When power is applied it opens

Install 2 Lockwood deadlock sets. The first one fine but the second one case body keeps loosen. I spend 24 hours and try everything on the menu. Finally i will bring it back for warranty replacement

That's actually LV mate. You should of isolated that panel before drilling into it IMHO. I know my QLD Electrical Safety Act 2002 states it.

@@TradieTrev dude's a locksmith on a locksmith job, not an electrician on an electrician's job, not hard to see, why are you even getting so upset about that? when he said "danger high voltage" any moron can see he's reading the yellow label on the box, why couldn't you? he even specifically said "240 volts" so where is he being misleading? by comparison, the electrical industry knows nothing about locks which is why both of those "good enough" plastic utility locks can be opened with anything including a ham sandwich, meaning it can be left open and anyone can get a zap as a result, that's not something to respect
