Damn. I was just 10 years old when this happened, and I really didn't pay much attention to this tragedy back then. All I know is that many people died. Revisiting the intricate details of this event sends shivers to my spine. It was really horrible. My condolences to the victims and their families. Hope this would be a lesson to all not to let our guard down and always be vigilant of our surroundings.

Here is some information about the casualties: In WTC 1: Everyone on Floor 92 or higher died after AA11 crashed. In WTC 2: Everyone but 4 people on Floor 78 or higher died after UA175 crashed. If no one escaped WTC 2, an estimated 3500 people would have died.

My parents wedding was supposed to be 2 days after 9/11 but my mom was so traumatized she cancelled it fearing something else would happen (my parents are married but the wedding was week delayed)

The insensitivity to say that there is nothing wrong with the South tower when there was the potential that a plane had crashed into the North tower yet you're sending everyone back to work? There is no logic! If there is an obvious burning, gaping hole you don't send people back into a building directly next to it. It's common sense.

And America under Democrats have forgotten this.... The radicals are thriving in the heart of America today...and they plot,plan their next move...and America is liberally taking it lightly.....It's actually to late ..... Its weird they had an automatic random warning message that was for a random incident, I feel they didnt have any security in that case actually informing in real time or could over ride it, thats pretty horrible security quite frankly, the ones that lived or most of them just had the gut feeling, 🤡

This is so heartbreaking, to think how many people lost their lives and how much trauma survivors recieved. I genuinely hope none of this happens again, no innocent person ever deserves this.

Props to her for embracing life's various oportunities. A lot of survivors live with guilt, fear and crippling PTSD. At the same time, I can understand why many people returned to their desks. People need to realize that NOBODY thought it was a terrorist attack when the first plane hit. Everyone was convinced it was just a freak accident. They'd have no reason to suspect the second tower would've taken a hit. Yes, many people left because they felt uneasy about what had taken place, but those who only heard it and didn't necessarily see it happen would've been shaken up but otherwise felt it was okay to continue on with their work day.

Why are there so many ppl late for work on 9/11, I must've heard at least 50 ppl late or calling in sick and missing this. Seems like people lie on the internet

The security staff at the WTC don’t profit or care if ppl are working. They told ppl to go back to their desks bc there was debris/bodies falling from the sky outside and they didn’t want to get anyone trampled. Ppl in these comments are making a connection that doesn’t exist.

Wow this first time in my life I was 14 when this happen getting ready for school 🏫 and getting out and up I never watched any of the show of people who survived or heard last minute phone calls etc

I can’t even believe all the ppl who didn’t get out right away ur locked and stuck in there

fun fact: New York is has a river and across that river was a state or sum idk what it was. The 2 buildings collapsed and it was so strong that the state or something the windows had gotten blown off some of the houses collapsed to. They felt so bad they donated 2.1 million dollars to (idk I forgot sorry yall for forgetting everything😓)
