Yeah, generally speaking this tracks. Before the pandemic made the world economies go bonkers. The rising stars were thought to be Vietnam, Brazil, South Africa, India etc. Their populations are generally young and there governments have less hostile business practices then say China’s. The thing I wonder about is how Vietnam is going to deal with rural poverty and climate change/pollution. There northern neighbor, China, kind of ignored both issues much to their detriment.
