I'm disappointed you didn't mention the Happy Planner . Yes, they are expensive, but after you buy one you can just replace the paper. And they always lay completely flat! I love them. I even found a couple of small ones at Goodwill.

I was actually thinking about that. I've tried different disc bound planners and notebooks and I just can't get into them. 😏 I love the idea, I think it's just that I find the disc's a bit bulky and the pages hard to turn.

This is so good! I love how you take us through the Bible via cross references. I go down rabbit holes with them (I guess that’s a good thing? 🤪), but this helped show that I can focus on one thing at a time and still journey through the Bible and have a cleared understanding. I'm just learning how to Bible study and everything else that goes with it... I've been watching soooo many videos that I think imma lost now 😮... I bought a new bible but the font is pretty small but this is my fault... I got the csb Bible from #shereadstruth I get the subscription box from them and I so so adore it... Down to the beyond beautiful art work... Love the study notes that some have in them and note sections... I wish you luck n love and also just found this video as well...lol... Hello, I have been assigned the opportunity to discuss Colossians two verses one through 15 in my church Bible study on June 20, 2024. This is my first time reading the book of Colossians and I find the verses very deep, leaving me with the feeling that I am not even close to the person who should be presenting this lesson. I have 30 to 45 minutes to lead the discussion on our zoom Bible study. I think I need an outline to help me touch upon the most important points for these 15 verses. Yes I have prayed. Still praying for God’s guidance -being human still leaves me a bit frustrated in even getting started.. I certainly enjoyed your Bible study Colossians chapter 2. If you have suggestions, that may help me get started please share.

How exciting! Those verses are so good! I would recommend that you first look at how Chapter 1 flows into Chapter 2? What is Paul's desire for the Colossians? A couple of good online resources you could use are Blue Letter Bible (I have a video on this) and Enduring Word Commentary of Colossians 2. You should be able to do a quick Google search and find both of these. You'll get some great overviews and commentary for this chapter. I use the Enduring Word commentary quite a bit for my own study.

Thank you much. The SOIL method is fabulous. Great work. Totally agree writing scripture is the way to go. I have started doing that with my daily devotionals and have found a large increase in understanding the meaning and retention.😊
