It took ages to find .. simplicity in learning colour theory at its bare basics…. Another channel took 20 mins to even begin to start … of course I fast forwarded… 🤣 Can’t thank you enough. Ontop of that… you gave so much more than the colour wheel… I was looking for a video where as I could follow along and paint out my colour wheel in my new sketch book.. … Where has Simplicity gone these days… Thanks again ❤

Thank you very much Alvina . I tend to talk as I think, 'simply!' 😅 I do prefer the non arty jargon way of explaining things, it's just how I work as well and have for over 40 years of painting. 😊

This video is amazingly timely and helpful. I'm in a class in Vancouver, Canada and the homework is a rusty link of chain. It's got shiny areas too. We learnt scumbling and stippling but your finished piece is very inspiring. Thank you so much for providing such great help. Best wishes.

If I remember Elin, I think it was a mix of mauve, alizarin crimson and burnt sienna, it was a while ago though. 😀
