At Kingdom Halls throughout the entire world, women are not permitted to be in a leadership role! Why the doible-standard???? Why the EXCEPTION for this woman to be in a leadership position???

WHY is this woman representing Jehovah's Witnesses?? Women in The "Watchtower Society" aka "The ORDER" aka "Jehovah's Witnesses" are NOT ALLOWED to even TOUCH a Jehovah's Witness Elder’s manual (entitled Shepherd the Flock of God), so how is she representing Jehovah's Witnesses as an "EXPERT"? Also, WOMEN in this organization who grew up as Jehovah's Witnesses were DISCOURAGED from getting any further education after High School because we were told "Armageddon is coming any moment!" I graduated Highschool in 1988!! Luckily for me, i wasn't buying the BS elders were selling & i went on to get my education instead of being baptized & dedicating myself to this horrendous organization that violates human rights with their blood policy, Two-witness rule on CSA & Their policy of SHUNNING ex-Members! However, my BRILLIANT sister who graduated with HIGH HONORS in Highschool was also discouraged by JW Leadership from attending higher education and as a baptized JW, she complied and instead became a slave worker at Bethel HQ in Patterson at the time, which she was promptly PRAISED FOR by leadership of JW! So forgive me if im completely confused on HOW this woman Jolene Chu was able to bypass all the discouragement & go forward with her pursuit of a PHD as an active Jehovah's Witness!

It seems to me this panel is completely unaware of the letters written by JF Rutherford to Hitler in which he sympathized with Nazi ideals! I find this quite outrageous for those claiming to be scholars & historians when the information is readily available!

I live in France and have met people who hid and saved Jews. Dr Snyder gives short shrift to those who have a moral compass and continue to be guided by it even in catastrophic times. I will forever admire those who put themselves and their families at risk to do the right thing. Such people do exist --and they are not a footnote to history. Diplomats have powers that enable them to be particularly useful and humanitarian--but most of them did not exercise them. Those who acted consciously deserve our respect and honor too.

Im no denier at all no doubt it happened and is as abhorrent as its portrayed. but I d see the camps at the end not being what they were found as upon liberation and thus some things should be fleshed out. just because anything ignored fuels bad people but you take it and own it they shrive into the darkness again. Im not a proponent of closing a subject to any further exploration and if meets accepted criteria then adjusting what we know should be done on principal. again Im not a denier just that I can see from history how fallible humans are

Na weil man sich so schnell damit selbst entlarvt wird nicht gesagt das Zyklon B als Entlausungsmittel benutzt wurde für die neu angekommen. Was hat eigentlich Amerika in der gleichen zeit gemacht? Oh, but this caricature 40:43 . Denigration of the body in Judaism ? Similarities easily lead one astray, and the differences here were overwhelming. The high priest does not offer his own body or the body of another human being as a burnt offering-ancient Israel condemned human sacrifice-he offers a ram (plus a bull and two he-goats for the sin offering).

Every time I read or watch something about the Holocaust I learn some horrific detail but I feel compelled to keep reading and watching......(My aunt gave me a copy of "The Diary of Ann Frank" for my confirmation in the Catholic Church as a young girl.My interest began with this book.)

Pack of lies. Everyone speaking Polish can easily access testimonies of direct witnesses to this crime, which was committed by Einsatzkomando of Hermann Schaper, which forced Christians to participate at gunpoint, which was a typical modus operandi during those days. Many Christians, including in Jedwabne, refused anyway, some were killed because of it. There are documents showing that in order to cover their atrocities, Germans were to force locals to participate in those crimes. Stop antipolonism please. It doesn't take much study to realize, that Gross, Engelking and Grabowski are biased against the Poles. Funny that nobody asks Poles about what happened in Polish town of Jedwabne and in other places, turns out foreigners claim to know better.

The comment about Hitler expecting the British to help them send the Jews to Madagascar hit hard. After the war, the British went to work "helping " the Jews create a homeland rather than return Jewish property to them in Europe. And agreed to send them to Palestine, a British colony. The stink is unbelievable. The Jews accepted becoming the scapegoat of European guilt. Think about what Israel is now doing.
@taylorbarrett38419 күн бұрын
Britain didn't help the Jews after the war. In fact the presence of British forces prevented the Israelis from going on the offensive against the Arabs who had started a civil war against them after partition was announced.

The evidence shows that when they started losing the war they did not stop the deportation and they did not stop killing they doubled down on the killing even as they were losing the war. They did divert resources to continue the killing Even when those resources were needed other places. That's pretty well documented but you can also read hannah arendt 's book, The origins of totalitarianism for her first hand account . Hannah Arendt said in her book, "The incredibility of the horrors is closely bound up with their economic use- lessness. The Nazis carried this uselessness to the point of open anti-utility when in the midst of the war, despite the shortage of building material and rolling stock, they set up enormous, costly extermination factories and trans- ported millions of people back and forth. In the eyes of a strictly utili- tarian world the obvious contradiction between these acts and military ex- pediency gave the whole enterprise an air of mad unreality". To your point about why the united states did not bomb aushwitz. I get the sentiment but would it really make sense militarily speaking to go and bomb the camp ? There was more than just one camp, so it's not like bombing aushwitz would have stopped the Holocaust. It may have stopped the murdering at that specific place but at the same time, you'd kill all the prisoners that were there so what sense would that really make to bomb a location that would kill way more Jewish people than nazi guards? And let's not forget about the survivors of the camp who were able to tell their stories. The world would have never even known the full horror of the camp if we had just blown the whole place up, which by the way, the nazis tried to do themselves when they knew that it was over. To stop the killing you have to stop the nazis ,You have to destroy them or their ability to wage war . To blow up places that are not going to help defeat them and stop the madness .It wouldn't be helpful militarily and wouldn't be helpful from a historical standpoint Because the world would have never seen the pictures and known the full horror of aushwitz.
