Her workouts are no joke !!!! I come from the weight lifting side (still love weightlifting) so you guys know that we HATE cardio but lawddddd I did one of her workouts thinking hmm walking how hard can that be ???? Nope GWJ is not for the weak! 😭😭😭 I did the 800 cal burn one once and I almost died ! I must say I have been doing the 30 day 5% burn or something like that consistently for 2 weeks now and I feel a huge boost in my endurance and stamina !

I did this workout for the first time yesterday!! It was challenging and fun. After reading the comments, I'll definitely be taking pics today. I'm excited to lose this weight 😜

I use to do your videos every morning at 4:30am for 1 month then out of the blue I stopped. That was maybe 2 yrs ago. I joined a challenge a few days ago that requires a 60 mins workout. Tonight I was going to skip the workout due to have so much to do tonight but while I was washing dishes a small told me to go to my saved videos and workout while cleaning...I did the walking video and 10,436 steps later 😊 I will be consistent with taking care of ALL of me this time around

It would be helpful to know what videos she was doing. There are so many to choose from. The hanging stomach is my trouble area, so I definitely want the results that she got.

well, im thankful for my abortions. completely avoided this entire problem, and the problems that come with kids, so im left with a relaxing life and a tight fit body i have many more years with 😊

I have 2 toddlers at home, they use to like working out with me. But now they keep bothering me when I’m working out 🤣 it was so challenging, but I’m still consistent so far, I really love growwithjo to be honest. I’m looking forward of seeing myself on growwithjo shorts videos 😎

When you have pcos unfortunetly her workouts doesn’t work that quick. I had to go to the gym and work very hard on machines to loose any belly fat however her workouts gave me a lot of fun. You have got great results girl! ❤️❤️

Hey there, I have pcos too.. I started to walk 30-45 minutes , normal home cooked food, and her workouts made me loose weight even though I have 25kgs to reduce. But I can see visible results by doing her 14 days belly workout challenge I’m on my day 5 it actually works!!! We gotta stay consistent though! 😊
