Im a neutral fan and dont really follow these news on chelsea and reece but on this current situation i think the best for both is to sell him, He plays around 4-5 matches a season, this is not a captain mentality. I think at this point he is just a waste of wage and i really think chelsea could get a good offer for him for which they could use for buying new players which can make an impact on the team. I know that selling him is not going to be easy for chelsea fans especially him being a captain and i know the pain but you will get trough it. Wishing both Chelsea and Reece the best!

Maduaka could be the best in his position by getting a lot of assists instead of hanging on the ball for long periods, Maduaka could be the greatest in assists but selfishness won’t leave him and therefore he is not a team player in my opinion because he play for himself which is wrong
