A lot of what you didn't show me showed me. Thanks.

It's very interesting that the more darker blue-violet washes you added, the more the first wash from green-yellow turned into deeper and more saturated yellow. Definitely this is an illusion created by the brain due to the contrast between the two washes. BTW, I've just discovered your channel and I like your style. Thanks for teaching and I'll be watching all your videos.

It must be, unless you are working in a wet on wet technique.

Matthew, I just found your channel. What a pity you don't do watercolour videos anymore. Excellent straight to the point demo without tedious preamble or sales pitch. Great education for struggling watercolour painters like me. A couple of questions if you have the time. Do you pre mix all your washes, as we work from light to dark, do you mix a base dark tone then produce different dillutions from that before you start the painting? .....and do you have approximate dilution ratio to move from one tone to another . Thank you.

Nice painting, thank you for sharing. Can I just ask, how did the sheep and house suddenly appear? Can you explain that. I am a beginner in painting. Thank you

Reminiscent of the vintage travel posters of the first half of the 20th century. Great work.

Great piece of work. Got an almost screen print quality about it, which is quite refreshing to see. You deserve a lot more likes than you've currently got. Looking forward to your other videos. Thanks.
