I don't want they're made in mexiyou're not gonna be able to work on it, you won't be able to get the codes the same way with the John Deere pickup truck. You're not gonna be able to work on it or the Cathey will not give you their gonna be paying $250 an hour for them to work on it.

It does NOT stun me, its the same truck it has been for a long time. Mack, Western Star, Frieghtliner, You all have the same truck. No change except maybe horsepower, but other than that its the same truck. Now Ford and Nickola and Elon Musks semi, these are all new truck lines. Even Peterbuilt came out with a new truck and is drive by a WalMart driver in Denver, CO. and uses propane to power the vehicle. these are new designs

Wrong in every way and yes I know the Mack mp8 is a D13 but Mack been around for the longest time way before they teamed up with Volvo.

@ No, it’s not. That’s like saying a Firebird and a Camaro are the same, or a Thunderbird and a Mustang are the same, when they’re not. They’re similar, and there’s a big difference between “similar” and “same.” With that being said, the Mack Anthem is neither similar to nor the same as Volvo VNL trucks, except for the long block painted tomato red. Even the engine’s software and tuning are different. If you go back a few years, Mack trucks had their own engines, frames, and drivetrains, even though they were developed in collaboration with Volvo.

Maybe it's just Marketing having a wet dream. Or, maybe they are not being made in the USA-100%, It's a new day in the world and these greedy bstrds that jumped ship and manufactured out of country in the past or present are gonna have to change their game plan and soon. There are a number of pickups in this range barking up the American consumers azz , but nothings gonna happen until they either all get fired or their companies tank and burn until we will enjoy some of these common sense trucks with the basics that we all want and know that they don't cost the car and truck mfg's "that much" to include as standard equipment. It will be interesting to see what shakes out, I think that if John Deere gets its azz back in the USA 100%, that mlooks like it might be a real pick up truck to look at as well as the KIA . Freightliner is saying that it is gonna build a midnight tow vehicle to me
