I ❤ breakfast anytime. This is a quick and easy recipe. I probably would cook it without adding the croissants. Instead I would scoop out a portion of the cassele onto a toasted and buttered croissants, as a sandwich. I would also use a bit of hot sauce, but I realize it's not for everyone.
