This is a powerful audio. Everything said in it is true. WE WILL ALL SUCCEED! And it is never too late to start trying to strive towards your dream. Last year I had an eye opening experience, i was living a life without purpose. after getting let go from my job that I saw myself working 20+ years for. I felt very depressed reading that email with the subject line "Employment Status" "We're emailing you to inform you that your position has been terminated" was the first line in the email. I was working remotely from my home office and I thought it was the best job in the world. My life turned upside down when I got this email. I remember begging for them to keep me employed at the company. I was willing to do anything to keep my job. "Please work with me, I've been at this company for 3 years and I'm willing to do anything to stay employed." I replied back. "The decision is final, good luck with other opportunities. In a few minutes I'll be emailing your exit paperwork including steps how to sign up for cobra if you need it." After getting that email I felt like my soul was crushed. I thought to myself what am I going to do with my life now? I am a 28 year old man with no college degree, nothing except a worthless GED. Then a podcast came up that inspired me. It was from Mike from the impaulsive show with Logan Paul. In this podcast he mentioned how he struggled with substance abuse to fill that void of not having a purpose. Then around his late 20s he became friends with Logan Paul when he was first getting started with youtube. One day he realized he wanted more out of life but not knowing what to do was his biggest problem. So he began trying new things, different career paths and different opportunities. Then he started becoming interested in Podcasts and thought "I'm going to try this and if I don't get many viewers/listeners I'll try something else." Low and behold his podcast became a HIT and he found purpose again in his life. I took this advice to heart and I started trying new things I remember I was always interested in technology so I started to youtube search random videos I'd type in "Day in the life of IT professional". I found a video and it was about a web designer hand coding a website using HTML5. My eyes opened, I loved watching the author code, I loved the different colors and the logic behind everything. "If I put this line of code in then the program does this" and it made sense! I later found mobile development and that's what I'm striving for. My dream is to be an iOS Developer at a major tech company. and I'm fighting for that goal everyday!

Your kids are reflection of you. That hit hard, I’m a divorce Father of 2 boys and I’m thankful and grateful I have 50% custody. I try to show them how a move in this world being in this situation. They are part of Y! It hasn’t been easy however listening to these motivational speeches and staying rooted and in my faith hep me through the dark times and rejoice in the light. This my time! My children's father, with whom I have been for 19 years, left me pregnant with his 4th child. He told me it was either him or the baby, and I chose my baby. It was hard and so hurtful, but today I stand with my head up, and now run my own business. Him leaving was the best thing he ever did. Thank you, God.
