So...if you start a business and want to name it with your last name...your cousin has a right to stop you? Clearly not as everyone owns thier own name bud. You are a member of your family and have the right to use the name. Saying anything else is idiotic...i don't have control over using my own name? What in the world are you saying?

@ He’s specifically trying to profit off the Kennedy name though. That’s what the ad is doing. “You guys know JFK, right? RFK is a Kennedy too. vote for him!” He is specifically using JFK’s likeness, his ads, his name, to boost his campaign. This is despite like, the entirety of the Kennedy family disliking RFK Jr and his political views. They definitely can say “stop profiting off of our dead family member’s name who is nothing alike you

We never get meaningful solutions to our problems, just war amd bailouts of the massive corporations that spend all day trying to find ways to pay us less or move to Mexico. I was just thinking about the candidates and RFK Jr. Is BY FAR our best choice when it comes to transparency in our government, and protecting our freedom of speech. He is also very streamlined in his speaking; what the problem is, what it’s doing to the country, and how he’s going to deal with it as President. He speaks in such a non partisan way that it’s refreshing to hear.

@99ZondaS They weren't offended by the ad though...they were offended that RFK would run for President and take votes from Biden giving an advantage to Trump. The vocal family members worked in the White House for Joe Biden.

@@mikegrindstaff Wrong. Just because it's an "homage" to the old commercial doesn't excuse the lazy edits. Watch this ad, watch the old one, then watch this one again. If you cannot see the problems with this ad, you need to see an eye doctor.

I never actually was able to buy it because the crazy old man who owns it just wouldn't finish the paperwork. He was very scared of real estate agents and the title company and he delayed forever in getting a lawyer to write up a deal for private financing. He wouldn't take cash...only private financing...most of the town said he was trying to scam me...but I was just going to refi as there was no prepayment penalty in the contract he finally gave me...which looked like a high school assignment and not written by a lawyer. I had the contract reviewed and was ready to sign it, but he kept refusing. I eventually just left having stayed there for maybe five months and paying nothing for it. It was convenient to stay there and the cleaning up I did is good for the town anyway...its a lot safer there now. I am off doing completely different things now...check out my most recent videos restoring a classic sailing yacht...
