since summer started ive been wanting to go on more solo dates but the nerves keep getting to me! i have terrible social anxiety and always feel the need to be with someone to do nice things, but its been harder since im i began college and most friends are busy. this video made me feel better about wanting to do things alone and really encouraged me to not be afraid, thank you!! i totally understand omg, but learning that you can also be ur own friend and hang out with yourself is a comforting feeling. it can be scary to have a solo date, but i think it all just starts with gradually getting out of ur comfort zone <3
