This was impossible for me to complete on normal at lvl 30 and without a shield weaver. It took me a few more levels and tried to beat them from a distance and with aid of overriden ravagers. Though, once you take off all their legs, they do get easier. Unfortunately, it's tricky to get them off.

The cliff where you find them, if you go to the left , there is a rock structure there (near the river) where the rockbreakers cant dig into, I just stood there and shot them down with freeze arrows and kept damaging their components using precision arrows and hard point arrows ( I am only 46 as of now).

I'd like to see you make a guide. I'm having trouble killing rock breakers on normal and the only time it gets easy is if you reach level cap and don't have the shield weaver armor yet.
