GTA IV is realistic for cities that don't have ShotSpotter systems. In modern cities that do have ShotSpotter systems, GTA V is realistic.

Oh yes you can hide in GTA 5. Go for the train tunnels or the area you came out of by the river on the first heist. There's other areas too, but I don't want to ruin it for others.lol

GTA IV will always be the best for me. Not even kidding. I'd rate GTA IV The Complete Edition as the best followed by VC, SA, III [Liberty City] and then V and Online
