It was never a favourite of mine but scarlet lake is a colour I found and then loved in paintings.

'It's the belief, not the reality that's the problem.' Those are wise word, dear. And exactly the words that I follow by heart. I think that when we are connected or reconnected enough with our inner selves we can choose not to feel lonely, simply because we don't like to feel that way.

This is just what I needed 🥰 Thank you. Great way to start my morning. I've been quite solitary and quiet for some time now. Doing my best to embrace quiet, simple living. The noise of the outside human world is often too overstimulating for me. I stopped all news and media feed and just watch and listen to my favorite KZbin channels and podcasts and an occasional movie. I haven't watched television channels or had cable TV in 16 years. I don't miss it at all. I find the gentleness of your voice, your storytelling, witnessing you prepare food, tend to plants, paint, and the aesthetically pleasing vibe of your home and being all so soothing. I think your videos will become my morning meditative practice 🫶 FYI- I found your channel a few months ago and subscribed with the bell on for all notifications, but this is the first of your videos the algorithm sent to me. I love quiet. I have no television and spend a lot of time living with quiet pasttimes: books, kitty cuddling,days at home alone,meditation etc. It recharges me to handle our noisy world when i am in it.

I think I needed this. I've been doing digital portraits only for a while and I've long for the paint brush filled with colour that I put wherever my heart desires. It's time to go abstract
