The interviews here are a joke, filled with mindless and meaningless questions. They hire people to recruit, only to have them endlessly search for candidates like headless chickens. Life in this industry is just a constant cycle of running around in circles. And the worst part? They can fire recruiters at any moment without a care for their financial or mental well-being. The managers or upper people just laugh at while removing them from their team. I urge you, sir, to take some initiative for those recruiters who have been crushed by these clueless managers. This industry is pure garbage and filled with dumb people who are sitting on top positions !
