impossible without a computer. It's the integral of the bean temperature curve from 0:00 to the drop time (the total surface underneath the curve). Maybe there's a command in cropster that can do it

Great discussion and ideas especially related to home brewing and consumption and the opportunity for consumers to build even more of a connection between coffee producers and an appreciation of specialty coffee now that the world is at home drinking coffee and contemplating their lives.
