Does the back of the mat have to be on or in front of the 2m line? I wasn't sure if it is legal to have any part of the mat touching the 2m line or does it have to be the back of the mat?

Border line dumper makes a final; strange. Would not expect that at this level of play. Surely the club coach should of spotted that and help correct it.
