Yes. It does use the Spirit Temple gongs and yes ur right. Haha. It actually does remind me of subspace.

I've included my notes in the download link at the bottom of this comment. It is very hard and takes a lot of patience. You'll need the following: Emulicious: a great debugger for Gameboy games. Any Hex Editor (not necessary since Emulicious already has one). Text Editor: You'll need to take notes on what you discover. yy-chr: A palette editor *FOR SPRITES ONLY*. You can edit tiles but if you don't know what you're doing, you'll crash the game. Try reading through my notes, and play with the values and see what happens. I haven't worked on it in awhile so I may have forgotten stuff. I'm glad I wrote what I know. I may do a video in the future but life is hitting me right now. Yes this is possible. Anything is possible. But the reverse engineering is extremely hard. I was able to change one tile. Right now I dont have the time to work on it. But if I do, I will make an editor to change levels and add music although music part could be a bit challenging. Any more questions, ask? Sorry it took so long to reply
