No that would have been another test to re do calibration for phantom mode, which I’ve done before and has worked well for me. But I only enjoyed it if I was sitting dead center with the screen, off to the right or left in the other seats I didn’t enjoy as much

@@Scott-Kat I am about the same, I have it mount about 5 inches above the pb3000’s. I would like to lower it as I am not a fan of looking up. I also find the PB3000 sub to be a bit strong. From my car audio days I always liked sealed better.

Yes 4 -18’s in the living room on 3 different amps with a parasound preamp 2.1 with active crossover , the basement theater setup 18-18’s in a Dolby Atmos setup

I agree the bass could have been lower. Then again the sound effects are probably just dated. Yo get good highs from the lightening strikes in chapter one. This is a good disc picture quality was excellent. The sound had good separation but not demo quality..

We had a few people sit through a demo of a few of the Main action scenes, we have a lot of of people always over for demos so it’s perfect . And the response from them was they were blown away how they thought it was very realistic and had them on the edge of there seat granted that’s what a movie is suppose to do it did leave some to be desired, subsonic frequencies would of been a nice touch for us especially since the room was built for very extreme single digit hertz playback and to be a tornado 🌪️ would of been a perfect way to mix in some ultra low stuff. It’s a fun nostalgic movie that looks great and sounds pretty decent I think people will have fun with it 👍

Just finished Watching this home theater masterpiece last night. After installing my new avr and amp Which bumps the theater room up to 7.2.4. All I can say about TWISTER 4k is... WOOOOOOW😮🎉😢👌🏾🔥🔥🔥 Makes me wish they would go back and remaster SpeedRacer in 4k and atmos!

How do you get even sound from seats on each side when one surround is much closer than the other etc? Or from the front L+R when one person is seated on either end

It’s all in ARC calibration, also the side surrounds are slightly forward and then angled back to give even coverage to all seats the front left and right are 10 feet 2inches distance at the main two seats, the system is calibrated for the best experience at the two main listening positions

JTR Captivator I have the 240v 6000 watt version, also they have the 120v 4000 watt versions
