So, according to PB, the relay 5000 - 6000 is an 'upgrade' from the Di950 fastpac compact, as seen with the pricing details... Yet the relay 5000, and 6000 has less features, no high capacity envelope input or output, slower pieces per hour, and less insertion points. Yet you're charging an exponentially higher price point between the two units. Why are we expected to pay more, for a machine which does less? When I could have bought an earlier model, which has a higher output with more functionality?

So, you've removed the previous versions high capacity envelope stacker as standard feature? Making it an added feature, only slowing the piece per hour, so you can advertise the faster versions for extra $. First the benefits go, then the services.

What if the package doesn't have a barcode... what if it is school campus and want to leave exams for a professor to pick up later in the day or a campus bookstore puts books in for student who ordered them a class?
