Ребятя, звук есть, но его очень трудно услышать. Я включила громкость на всю и поднесла к уху динамик. Периодическое потрескивание, жужжание и в ушах появляется очень высокий тон, еле поддающийся слуху.

This is just mesmerizing and beautiful and amazing and everything!!!!! Is those little dots the neurons in the second shot???????😮😮😮❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
@mesoSPIM8 ай бұрын
Thanks! The little dots are cell nuclei, they may be neurons or some other brain cells. SYTOX-G stains cells independently of their type. However, most of these cells are likely neurons, especially in cerebellum (big magenta volume in the lower part of the brain).

Hi Nikita, thanks for this nice video. I managed to merge 8 tiles, but in the final merged image I can see different intensities between the tiles, which makes the final result heterogeneous as we could recognize the different tiles. Do you have any idea why?
@mesoSPIM9 ай бұрын
I sometimes also see stitching marks between the tiles, especially if the underlying signal is homogeneous (such as auto-fluorescence). Not sure why, this is maybe a question to BigStitcher development team.

The really cool thing is that you don't even have to do this at all. Saved time and effort

This is so cool!! I didn't understand - why does the focusing ability not depend on the index of the immersion media?
@YorkPhysics2 жыл бұрын
All of the glass/fluid interface refractions happen at very-nearly normal incidence, so very little deviation occurs. The resulting deviation is of course medium-index dependent, but for sufficiently-nearly-normal incidence, the deviation becomes very small and the medium-index dependence becomes very weak.

Hi Nikita, many thanks for the video, I have a quick question, how do you select the best channel for stitching? Does it has to be a channel that has the brightest intensity or most interest points in common?
@mesoSPIM2 жыл бұрын
Hi, you can choose the brightest channel, or average of several channels. I usually pick the brightest one. The default stitching algorithm does not depend on interest points, it uses cross-correlation of image intensities.
