Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

I see a pattern here. He'll take a laboratory study, involving a GMO plant that failed some tests right away, before they ever reached the point of seeming promising, and he describes this as having some awful fault. It's really a case of a GMO plant having an awful fault that was detected before it mattered. If I try to make a rope out of feathers, and after trying an failing I decide it's a bad idea, does my saying it's a bad idea reflect badly on the concept of a rope, or on the usefulness of feathers? It's not as if I was trying to sell you the crappy feather rope.

Fish genes in a tomato - shouldn't he have mentioned that the DNA Plant Technology made such a tomato, hoping that the fish gene would make the plant frost resistant, but abandoned it when it didn't work, so that it was NEVER BROUGHT TO MARKET. Not being frost resistant showed up immediately. I don't actually know, but it is possible that the plant never even made any tomatoes, because you can test a tomato plant for frost resistance when it is little more than a seedling, far too small to make flowers, let alone fruit.

OK, here's another case where he gets his info from liars. Where he says that FDA says there's no need for testing because the foods are substantially equivalent to traditional equivalent foods. One of the best propaganda ways to lie is to make it sound true by including phrases from what is true. That's what we have here. The FDA says that IF a genetically modified food is nutritionally substantially equivalent to the corresponding traditional food, no extra testing is required. (Actually, FDA doesn't even mean THAT because other safety testing is required by other agencies.) But look at how the liars say it. Ask yourself this question: How does a developer convince FDA that the crop is nutritionally equivalent? Do they just swear it on a bible? No, they have to perform and submit a series of tests for each nutrient and for each likely toxin. They also have to do other tests as like the protocol for allergen avoidance that I mentioned in another comment. GMOs are tested before approval MORE by far than any other kinds of food.

I have taken synthroid for 30 years. This whole time, I have taken it sublingually, in the morning, and wait 30 min. before eating. That way, I've had no problem at all with absorption nor had to change my dosage all these years. Why don't more doctors recommend it be taken this way?

I suppose it's crazy to comment on a 9 year old video when I only listened to the first two and a half minutes. But Dr. Green seems to have gotten his information (at least about the L-tryptophan and the Brazil nut soybeans) from total liars. First the L-tryptophan. The company producing the L-tryptophan had been producing it using non-GMO bacteria for years. Obviously, if you do that you need to take steps to separate the L-tryptophan from the other substances that make up the bacteria. They did that. But the company decided to "improve" its process so they would increase their profits. One step in the improvement was to use a kind of bacteria genetically engineered to make more L-tryptophan than before. The other step was to use a cheaper but less effective separating process. After the health effects showed up with the "improved process" L-tryptophan, there was a huge investigation and a huge lawsuit and the cause of the problem was shown (but not conclusively shown) to be a fault in the separation process. Nobody at the time blamed the GMO bacteria, which by all accounts was producing L-tryptophan molecularly indistinguishable from other L-tryptophan. The only guy to make the claim that the cause was the genetically engineered bacteria's L-tryptophan was a business school professor from Maharishi University in Iowa, who had a business testing foods for GMO content. He pushed this idea through an organization called Mothers for Natural Law, also connected to the Natural Law Party, which probably no longer exists. The best evidence today, still not conclusive, is that eosinophilia myalgia is caused by an excess dose of L-tryptophan, from any source. Next let's take the Brazil nuts soybeans case. Here the story is more deviant from the facts. The company Pioneer Hi-Bred, a seed company, wanted to develop a soybean variety with a higher methionine content. Methionine is one of the eight essential amino acids, amino acids you must get from your food. Soybeans are a good source of the essential amino acids other than methionine. So as an animal feed, soybeans must be supplemented with some other food. Pioneer Hi-Bred scientists thought they could transfer a protein making gene for a protein that has a lot of methionine. Their candidate was a protein from a Brazil nut, because the only function of that protein in the Brazil nut is to just be a storage of protein, not acting as an enzyme. They did successfully create such a soybean. But their scientists knew that some people were allergic to Brazil nuts. Was it possible that this storage protein was a trigger for the Brazil nut allergy? They hired an allergy expert Dr. Steve Taylor, to find out, and he found that the storage protein was an allergen. So the Pioneer Hi-Bred company cancelled the project. It never entered the food supply, even the food supply for animals. It never made anybody sick. But the company scientists went further. The published their work and organized the GMO development community to produce a protocol for making sure that no GMO food could ever cause an allergy. One of the parts of the protocol is to never transfer a gene from a species that causes allergies. Another part is to show that the novel protein made by the new gene is digested so fast in the stomach that it could never have time to cause an allergy. There are other parts as well. Now the part of the anti-GMO community that makes all sorts of danger claims had never thought of allergies as one of their concerns. They were not, after all, experts on anything but spinning propaganda. They saw this as an opportunity, and they played this as of the scientists were irresponsible, that it was just good luck that kept the Brazil nut soybean out of the food supply. They still push a fear of allergens as a worry about GMO food. You can look at the anti-GMO propaganda itself as a way to find that this is a lie. Many years later, a European seed company developed a GMO corn variety called Starlink, with the novel protein called cry1C, which was to give the plant protection against insects. When they did the required safety test for rapid digestion, they thought that it digested quickly enough, and they submitted the data to FDA. But FDA felt that the digestion was not satisfactorily fast. It took about a minute, no doubt, but FDA was not sure this was fast enough. So they would not and did not approve Starlink corn for human consumption. The company then went back to FDA with the results of a second test, for digestion of cry1C in stomachs of farm animals. It digested much more quickly than in human stomach acid. The company asked FDA if Starlink corn could be grown to be used as an animal food. FDA allowed this, unwisely. Because some Starlink corn found its way into the human food supply, possibly by accidental cross pollination. The company lost billions of dollars trying to clean up the US corn supply. (In fact, Starlink corn was not, indeed, an allergen at all, as was proven by tests of people who had eaten it. )

I highly recommend to many people to learn how to make your own HOME MADE SAUER KRAUT.......... Dice Up Organic Cabbage, put in Crock Pot till it's almost full, put Distilled Water in it to make mushy, then add a couple capsules of a good probiotic , put 2 tea spoons of Himalayan Salt, the best salt around,... Then Stir it up, Cover top with a Plate, Put Crockpot lid on, then put in Closet for 3 days, then Jar it and then eat it daily......... LOADS OF GOOD BACTERIA in just one TABLE SPOON....... I check mine out under my microscope all the time and it's LOADED with GOOD BACTERIA........ Second advice...... DON'T TRUST any of the TOXIC DRUG DEALER DOCTORS, NURSES, OR PHARMACISTS........They are Taught to GET YOU SICK AND KEEP YOU SICK $$$$$$$$$$
