yea, eventually because of the reducing battery life you have to plug it in all the time and it becomes a computer😅

i could sacrifice some panels response, for color fidelity, unless of course there is a midel ground

If you're a story mode gamer, photo/video editor you go for IPS If you're a regular guy who watch mostly movies or office work , reading or colour doesn't matter to you then go for VA If you're a competitive gamer the the high refresh rate of TN panel will definitely help you In terms of color - IPS>VA>TN Viewing angle - IPS>VA>TN Contrast ratio - VA>IPS>TN Brightness - IPS>VA>TN Price - IPS>VA>TN Every panel has each their pros and cons. You should buy any monitor if it fulfills your work requirement.
