@@DZ-wb9ro Hi, with sublimation you need to use the mirror option for most sublimation products with exception of acrylic and glass.

@@carmensantiago9514 Hi, for the Brother printers, Artspira app does not have printing options. You can just select print and the printer will print according to their preselected settings.

Can you please let Meghan, Laurie and Rhonda know so everyone doesn’t think I fell off the face of the Earth 😢. I have disputed it. Someone from Japan with a different email and name hacked into my acct and also indicated that I have been using other peoples pictures to sell my items which is not true at all. I am out for 128 days unless something happens sooner. I am completely devastated ! Thank you for your help. All of this craziness happened this morning. 😢

@@sherikroske9509 Hi Sheri! I placed the parchment paper on the bottom of the press in case the ink to prevent the ink from the staining the press. I hope this information was helpful.

Hi, you do not need to change the time nor temperature when using silicon. Use the time and temperature recommended for the blank.

Does it come with an ink cartridge? The video doesn't say and I cannot find that information. Prints what sizes? Too much missing information on your website, and video or not easily found.

Hi, I’ve had this press for 3 years now but only the first year was great! I’ve started to have problems with the green on and off button:( first it power off by itself then I couldn’t turn it back on no matter how many times I pressed the button. Then the button got stuck and I texted my provider and they send me something to fix it. It only worked for a couple more months and they it started to mess up again:( I had to stick a thumbtack to keep it on. Finally today it completely shut down and it won’t work anymore😭😭😭😭

Can someone please let me know how to get rid of the Fishy smell? I bought this press a month ago and have been using it every day for hours hoping the smell would eventually go away, and so far it has not. I had to start using it outside because theres no way you can use this press inside your home. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi James, this is a common worry but no reason to be concerned! The inner rubber is just getting used to the heat. That smell will go away over time. The more you use it, the quicker it goes away!
