You need to be on Food Network…great host with personality, charm and knowledge. You’re the trifecta my friend… ignore any negative comments on here because people just talk because they want to talk… Much luck to you and your family

Just made this!!! I added shrimp as I made it... Being from New Orleans, I ended up with a casserole size, crab meat, shrimp, wine cheese, fajita cheese, lots of different spices tied in a piece of cloth, & removed before @ last baking it. Absolutely delicious. Thank you so VERY much.

Looks amazing. Can't wait to try this. By the way, that is the only way to pronounce pecan 😁 What side dish would you recommend?
@zachkucera3793 Жыл бұрын
Great recipe. I am from Louisiana stock so pecans are my favorite. I live in Oregon, so I am going to use my homemade Marionberry preserves. Marionberries are a hybrid of Blackberries, so I am certain they will pair well with the other mustard ingredients. Thanks for this!

Very similar to how my grandfather taught me, minus the cherry tomatoes, we’re bayou Italians lol but for us tomatoes don’t go in the gumbo or grits (jk to each their own) We add broth to the grits (when there too think from the milk) and a little smoked Gouda (I like the flavor with the andouille) before topping with shrimp and roux. Cheers 🥂 I’ve pick up somethings from your videos thanks for sharing.

This one really looks delicious! It’s much different than the majority of the videos on Cajun stewed corn. Most don’t use tomatoes, but unlike yours, they use heavy cream. One cook put two cups of heavy whipping cream in a dish not too much bigger than yours! Sometimes less is more, though. I feel like the cream would overpower the dish.
