Well the Crying Child (in this case, the one with the black and grey striped shirt), does not have a canon name other than "Crying Child". So people give him names like Evan (there is a theory supporting it could be Evan) or sometimes something completley different that doesn't have a theory or anything but the creator likes it, which is what I did. TL;DR Crying Child has no confirmes name so people give him names.

I would like to present you. . . . . AU'S!!!! It's where you make your own time of changes to something ::)) So let them put it as Norman, doesnt always have to be C.C or Evan, in my Au, his name ain't cc or Evan.... So chill :)
