i don't mean to be first comment with a bunch of constructive criticism, i suggest the TV display a static image (like your channel name) rather than vibrant underwater visuals being the center focus, distracting from the podcast. also for thumbnails i'd go with full opacity font for best visibility, & guest names stay out of the bottom right corner as it gets covered by the timestamp. For the thumbnail photo itself it could be a good idea to just take a selfie with your guest rather than using a still from the episode until you have a clearly established podcast set/studio, unless there's a good frame from the episode that clearly shows everyone's faces. The formatting of your titles are a little convoluted as well, i notice you started listing the episode number at the end, which one would think is tertiary information to say last, yet if you look at the titles you listed ep # before the quoted name those read more intuitively & can increase click-through rate. i'm aware the effort to assemble a regular show is a pain in the ass so i don't wanna see that effort lost & these few stylistic changes which will help drive new viewers to discovering you. if this advice is accepted i would just apply it moving forward there's no need to rehaul all the old episodes, yet rather see those as practice & visual indicator of this channel enhancing while it grows.
